Practice gastroenterology in one of Arizona’s most scenic and livable communities, where you can enjoy a high-volume practice without sacrificing work-life balance. This opportunity offers a procedure-driven schedule, supportive team environment, and access to advanced endoscopy. Join a collegial team of three experienced physicians in a growing community with strong demand for GI services. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians seeking immediate procedural volume and fellows looking for a supportive, collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:
· Established Patient Base – Immediate volume driven by strong population growth and referral network
· Procedure-Focused Practice – Majority of time spent in endoscopy with high daily procedural volume (16–20 cases/day)
· Balanced Schedule – 5-day work week with approximately ½–1 day of clinic per week
· Advanced Endoscopy Available – ERCP and EUS supported; advanced training welcomed but not required
· APP-Supported Clinic Model – APPs assist with clinic visits, allowing physicians to focus on procedures
· Shared Call Structure – Call evenly distributed among providers with inpatient responsibilities limited to call
· Modern Infrastructure – MAC anesthesia support and transition to EPIC EMR
· Large Service Area – Draw area of 260,000+ patients across 8,100 square miles
· Visa Support Available - J-1, H-1b
