The OB/GYN will provide comprehensive women’s health services including prenatal care, labor and delivery, gynecologic surgery, preventive care, and ongoing reproductive health management. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full‑spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including management of high‑risk pregnancies
  • Perform gynecologic surgeries including C‑sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and in‑office interventions
  • Conduct routine exams, screenings, and preventive health services
  • Collaborate with nursing, midwives, anesthesia, pediatrics, and hospital leadership to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
  • Participate in call rotation with a supportive team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality and performance‑improvement initiatives
  • Engage in patient education, shared decision‑making, and culturally responsive care

Skills

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills
  • Excellent communication and patient‑relationship abilities
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and evidence‑based practice
