General Urology Opportunities in the Healthcare Hub of Stunning Montana!

A leading, not-for-profit health system located in the "healthcare hub" of beautiful Montana, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, advancing medical research, and fostering a collaborative work environment, is excited to welcome an additional urologist to its growing team! This position is a great fit for a general, bread-and-butter urologist, with support for robotic interests. The incoming urologist will join an established team of three full-time urologists, two APPs, and two PRN urologists.
Hospital Highlights:
• Level I trauma center, the largest tertiary care hospital in the region
• 286-bed facility with advanced surgical suites
• Practice in one hospital, one clinic (conveniently attached to the hospital)
• DaVinci Xi robotic surgery systems and lasers available to urologists
• State-of-the-art surgical suites designed for optimal patient outcomes
• New hospital facility under construction, breaking ground this year
Position Highlights:
• General urology opportunity with support for robotic surgery (2 daVinci Xi robots available)
• Join a supportive, experienced team, with mentorship available in a collegial atmosphere for those coming from out of training. Immediate volume for experienced providers.
• Call schedule is 1:4 and generally non-burdensome, as nurses triage calls and have support of very well-trained hospitalists.
• Flexible clinic schedule (36 patient-facing hours/week) with 4 hours of admin time
• EPIC EMR utilization system-wide
• Competitive compensation including a generous base salary + production incentive, quality bonus, starting bonus, relocation package, and student loan repayment (if eligible)
• Generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus retirement savings plans.
• Other benefits include: paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
• H-1B and J-1 visas can be supported
