A dynamic, physician-led urology group within a major regional health system is seeking a general urologist to join their growing team. This opportunity is driven by increasing patient demand and the group’s commitment to delivering high-quality care. The practice offers a well-established referral network, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive, collaborative environment with a clear pathway to partnership.
Hospital Highlights:
• 344-bed hospital with comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services
• Only Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center in the region
• Recognized for quality and patient experience, including top ratings from CMS
• Part of an advanced, digitally integrated health system recognized nationally for technology adoption
Position Highlights:
• General urology practice with immediate patient volume and OR access
• Support from 4 dedicated advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs)
• Flexibility to explore subspecialty interests, including pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatric urology
• Call rotation of 1:6 weekdays and weekends, with one day off every other week
• State-of-the-art facilities with advanced digital infrastructure and EMR systems optimized for urology workflows
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents (General Surgery)
• Competitive compensation package with base salary, incentives, commencement bonus, relocation, quality incentives, and production-based pay
